We roast-day coffee, bake every morning, and cook a short menu we actually eat ourselves. No rush, no laptops-only rules, no burnt espresso. Just a very good corner to start the day in.

The bakery
If it's in the case, it was dough this morning.
Croissants, cardamom buns, a lemon cake people cross town for. We bake once, early, and when it's gone it's gone — usually by two. The almond croissants go first. You've been warned.

Brick, wood, plants, and the good corner table.
An old warehouse corner with tall windows and morning sun. Leather booths for long breakfasts, small tables for quick ones, and exactly one perfect window seat — first come, first served.
The people
Three of us, most mornings.
Jonas
Bakes at five, naps at noon. The almond croissant is his fault.
Robin
Front of house. Knows which table gets the sun at 9am.
